An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. wk777 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. You will be notified via email before any dormancy fees are applied.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your wk777 account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email.
